CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - RHONDA CLARKRhonda has been overseeing the operation of SOLAS since 1996 as manager and taking on the role of CEO in 2009. Rhonda has extensive experience in the sector as an experienced North Queensland Social Worker with a Bachelor and Masters of Social Work from the James Cook University Townsville. She has extensive experience working towards social justice for disadvantaged people and has been engaged in community based welfare services in Townsville for the past 23 years. She has retained a lifelong interest in mental health due to her family involvement with the system.

FINANCE MANAGER - JANE BRAGGJane has a dedicated commitment to SOLAS having commenced in 1998 and has seen unprecedented growth and change in the sector as her roles and responsibilities evolved and developed with organisational change. Jane with a background of financial experience with the not for profit sector in bookkeeping, administrative and financial roles oversees the SOLAS financial and payroll team. With qualifications in the Administrative and Management arenas Jane's diversity is constantly challenged. |

OPERATIONS MANAGER (COMMUNITY PROGRAMS) -AARON MONAGHANAaron with a background in Mental Health Nursing has recently joined the SOLAS team in the position of Operations Manager (Community Programs). Aaron previously held positions with Queensland Government in a number of roles specifically within the Mental Health sector. Aaron's passion of psychotherapy and working closely with individuals to acheive recovery outcomes has always been a foundation for his practice. Aaron is in the final stages of completing his Masters in Mental Health Nursing which will enhance opportunitites to deliver further services within the organisation. |
OPERATIONS MANAGER OF (REGIONAL PROGRAMS) -ALISON DAVAMONIAlison's extensive and diverse background as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the Public Mental Health Sector has seen her career and studies span 3 countries with varied roles in England, New Zealand and Australia. Alison's more recent position of Manager of 'Rural and Remote Mental Health Services' for the Townsville District Health Service, entailed the operational management and establishment of Clinical Mental Health services in the regional centre's of Ayr, Charters Towers, Ingham and Palm Island. It is with this regional background, focus and professional outlook for continued growth and capacity building that set the foundation for Alison's current role of Operations Manager of Regional Programs. Alison continues to support ease of access to quality mental health services in Rural regions. |

TEAM LEADER - CELESTE LYNNA dedicated passion about Social Justice and International Women's rights has seen Celeste accomplish over 15 years experiences and achievements in the Human Industry Sector. With a wide and varied background specialising in domestic and family violence, together with a strong history in clinical mental health, Celeste took on the role of Team Leader in early 2012. Celeste has undertaken Project and Programme Coordinator roles, Court Support, Crisis Intervention and Counseling, has managed her own training business and has recently completed close to 6 year's service with Corrective Services. Together with a dedicated commitment to Mental Health and a number qualifications entailing Welfare, Community Development and Counseling, a Degree in Social Sciences (Counseling and Human Services), and most recently a completed Masters in Social Work (PQ). Celeste has the knowledge, determination and ability to make a difference. |

With a background of employment in the Community Sector, predominately with underprivileged children and youth, Kylie has a strong passion and dedication to the Mental Health Sector. Kylie's focus, drive and dedication within the organisation led to the appointment of Team Leader in 2009. Kylie values the ethos that SOLAS represents and continually strives and advocates for equality and choice for all. Kylie remains committed to the development and growth of her role with further study. |

TEAM LEADER - SARAH COLLINSSarah, a qualified Social Worker with varied experience and roles within the Mental Health sector is a valued SOLAS Team Leader currently managing the Adult Lifestyle Support Package and Day and Short Term Programs. With a passion and commitment to Mental Health, Sarah has a firm belief in the empowerment of others to become independent in their day to day living promoting meaningful inclusion and acceptance. Sarah's previous role as a Counselor for Corrective Services, recent engagement with QLD Health and qualifications within the Industry have cemented her dedication and passion for Mental Health Service provision where opportunities create belonging, inclusion and engagement. |
