A research project completed in December 2007 in the North Queensland regional areas of Ingham, Burdekin and Charters Towers to determine the following:-

  • What community sector mental health services already existed in each area
  • What community sector mental health services were needed in each area
  • How SOLAS could assist local service providers to build their local community and organisational capacity to deliver mental health support services at a local level
