In order to ensure that we are consistently providing people with choice and control in relation to their services, we seek regular feedback to assist us to improve service delivery.
SOLAS values difference and diversity and as such we respect people's culture, beliefs and life experience. SOLAS staff work in a non-judgemental manner to assist people to recognise their skills and strengths and to further build upon their abilities.
The SOLAS Board of Directors, management and staff acknowledge and recognise that each person is the expert in their life. We see our role as supporting people who use our services to live a life of choice, purpose, meaning and citizenship.
